Shannon Schweser has built a career on leadership, clarity, and helping people make sense of complexity.
Shannon is an accomplished leader with over 17 years of experience in technology, project management, and medical devices. She has a Bachelor of Science from TCU, an MBA from LSU, and PMP and CSM certifications. As a first-generation college graduate who worked her way to executive leadership, Shannon brings a grounded, people-first approach to solving complex challenges.
As a sought-after speaker and strategist, Shannon now brings that same focus to her speaking and teaching. She specializes in making data accessible to non-technical professionals, giving leaders and teams practical frameworks for interpreting information, communicating insights, and influencing decisions. One of Shannon’s ongoing projects is Project Manager Accelerator, a hub for data and AI skills for project managers.
